Domain name application scam
このScamははじめてだったので貼っておきます。
要するに誰かが"g200kg"というドメインを取ろうとしているのだけど、そちらと関係ありますか? というメールです。
結構昔からあるみたいなのですが、私の所に来たのは初めてだったのでとりあえず返事しようかとちょっと思ってしまった。
巧妙なのは凄く返事しやすい事。「知らない」と言えばいいだけなんだから。それに、このメール自体が詐欺なのかレジストラ自体はちゃんとしているのかが判断つきにくい事。仮にこのレジストラが単に親切に知らせてくれたのだとしても対応策はドメインをこっちで確保するしかないですよね。メール中の "http://www.huynic.org" はうさんくさいけどそれらしいサイトを作っています。
実際にやり取りした方も結構いるようです。

で、結局対抗するにはドメインおさえとくしかないですよって話に。
という事で独自ドメイン運用してる方とか、気を付けてくださいね。そのうち順番で回ってくるかも。
