SkinMan 0.97f almost stable

because the SkinMan ver 0.97 is buggy, frequent update has been released.
The latest ver 0.97f is almost stable.

many minor bug fixes and many small improvements are done. for example, multiple selection by dragging in the tree-view.

Ver 0.96: 'Curve' and 'Twist' parameters are added to SkinMan polygon.

Currently, re-starting the SkinMan improvement.
