KeroVee 1.50 Release

KeroVee 1.50 is released.

Many Things are changed...
* New GUI, with the Pitch Graph.
* More stable pitch and less artifacts by new PitchDetection/Shifting algo.
* Less CPU load.
* Added the Scale select button.
